Just a quick update before we end year 2013, and whilst I have some patchy internet access on the road. Here’s an image from yesterday of Grand Teton mountain taken north of Jackson, Wyoming (click to view larger resolution).

I was hoping to get a fabulous sunset to accompany the view of these magnificent peaks but unfortunately the weather did not oblige, instead the sky turned milky in advance of a weak clipper, which dropped a dusting of snow. Morning did not fair better, with continuous flurries, cloudy skies, and temperatures close to freezing.
